We are not a manufacturer, we have been buying from many sources to fill our Members request, our product mix/inventory is unique and always changing, please check in often as our site is updated daily. We do not employ "sales people". We do not attend costly trade shows to sell merchandise. We do not sell our Member list or any email addresses. We do not pay bonuses or commissions.
We are an importer and wholesaler of brand new, 1st quality merchandise and "offer for sale", often at less than manufacturers' cost, thousands of label names made by thousands of different manufacturers. We do not offer a sales guarantee, nor a statement of quality standards for fabrics, sizing, fit, safety standards, etc. Members' decision to purchase assumes all liabilities and consequences of consumer usuage. We do not offer a guarantee or warranty of any kind on any items for any reason.
ORDERS - We do NOT recommend, suggest, opinionate, persuade, suggest sizes, guarantee a profit, or guarantee that you will like the merchandise you selected. We do not guarantee the quality or color of any item. We do not solicit or pester our Members with "friendly" phone calls hoping to get a re-order. Members are always welcome to visit us in San Diego County and inspect all merchandise before purchasing.
[A] There is no minimum order.
[B] If a similar substitute is NOT wanted, please say "NO SUBS" in comments box during check-out.
[C] We do not sell illegal/conterfeit merchandise.
[D] All orders are subject to the approval of the sales department.
[E] All prices are:
1. prepaid orders over $1,450.00 have FREE ground UPS shipping to 48 states.
2. as low as possible at all times and are subject to change without notice.
3. International shipping does not include customs, duty or import fees or charges.
[F] Orders are accepted to prices prevailing at the time of shipment and our ability to fill them.
[G] We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone.
[H] We cannot/will not be responsible for typograpical errors and/or omissions.
[I] Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
[J] Cancelled footwear orders are charged a 15% re-processing fee.
PAYMENT
PayPal (U.S. and some foreign countries) use PayPal to transfer funds by e-Check. All first time payments of $500+, might require shipping to a PayPal confirmed address.
Sales tax will be charged on orders pending in required state(s).
SHIPPING - PLEASE ORDER EARLY rather than later.
We ship via UPS to the 48 continental states and by US Postal Service International rates are shown in shopping cart before checking out, customs, duties, taxes are NOT included and are paid by the buyer.
When Member chooses US Postal service, Member accepts the risk of total loss of merchandise as We can not guarantee delivery, nor be held responsible for non delivery, or late delivery, or damage, when shipped by the US Postal Service and transferred to subsequent foreign country postal carriers. Insurance with the US Postal Service is NOT available as the red tape and bureauracy make the processing of a claim for Members (as they wait and wait and wait for months, for their delivery, or a claim to be poorly processed) to be a very unpleasant experience and drags WMS into the mess.
Larger orders may ship by freight trucking companies, please let us know if you can accept tailgate deliveries.
Members are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If Member misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the Member does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the UPS or USPS shipping charge, minus the initial payment.
Orders are processed in the order that we received a cleared payment and other requested information.
Within same day, or 2 or 3 work days, we get out 90% of the orders, "THEN" your order is ready to give to UPS. (99% of the orders get out within 4 working days after the day we receive payment).
"AFTER", UPS has picked up the order here the delivery time takes from 1 to 5 business days for ground service around the U.S..
For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days ground delivery time; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5 business days ground delivery time. See UPS map.
Ground, 2 day and 3 day delivery options are offered at check-out.
Tracking info is found in "My Account & Orders" as soon as we ship, click on your order number and find UPS link.
We ship as as soon as possible. We are not obligated to make delivery on any specified date and assume no liability for damages due to any delay or inability to fill orders.
Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item on our website more information/description than found on the manufacurers fact sheet, or what we see on any other website. Colors will vary according to monitor settings.
Returns- Are not excepted on all Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items and any merchandise that is not factory fresh. Most returns are on a item basis. Somethings may not be able to be worked out in a return fashion. All returns are on a situation basis. Due to many suppliers Returns are not always possible. If you have any issues feel free to contact us and we will work it out the best we can.
